Phil said...Vision is essential...we are currently without a senior pastor and really need a central church vision. What do we do when we have individual visions, the worship arts minister has a vision, but our church does not? I know the Lord is in control and the answer lies with Him.

Elaine said...He has such a valid point of starting each day with a full cup. I find myself drained constantly by my church ( job) that I have no passion. This is going to be a a new "mantra" for me...
