How was Cups of Coffee for you?

Just wanted to check in and see how Cups of Coffee went for you. This was an innovation that we are excited about.

We'd love to hear from you. What was your experience? Was it what you hoped or could it use some improvement? What did you learn?

This time was so great. Just wish they could be longer. Thanks for the opportunity to share in these smaller sessions. There are people, like myself, who learn and get so much more out of personal connection rather than the larger lectures.

Our session had the opportunity to be great, but there was one person in our group who seemed like they were there to unload all of their woes and concerns, no matter how completely irrelevant to the topic at hand, in a small group of people. The facilitator did a good job of trying to move the conversation back to the topic at hand, but with such a short amount of time available for discussion, the person unfortunately took up the majority of our time with their random unloading. Too bad the person had the wrong motives for attending the group.

I'll agree with both comments.

WAY too short and WAY too easy for the discussion to get hijacked by dominant personalities.

What a great idea, but by the time everyone got introduced it was time to go. I wish we had more time to discuss things but I wouldn't want that time to mean an earlier arrival.
For the next conference why not boxes of lunch?
